Confessions – went to a Cliff Richard concert on Saturday.  I enjoyed the music, the professionalism and enjoyment the performers themselves were having. Above all I was impressed by Sir Cliff’s energy.   1 hr 40mins on stage without a break, most of which I would describe as a workout whilst singing! And he’s 73 in October. What a role model. He’s inspiring me to stick to my daily exercise!

Dr Michael Moseley of the BBC advises TAKE 20.
– Make sure you walk for 20 minutes every day
– Trapped (sitting) at your screen? Walk round every 20 minute.
– Also take 20 seconds of extreme exercise several times a day.
